Sprinkler Kit Sign Up

Follow the steps below to determine your eligibility, register for Smart911, and sign up for a free wildfire sprinkler kit.

Once kits are available, we will email eligible participants with pickup dates, times, and locations.

Limit one sprinkler kit per residence.

Step 2: Confirm You Live in the Wildland Urban Interface

Our Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) divides the Municipality of Anchorage into Suppression Planning Units (SPUs), each assigned a wildfire hazard rating. Residents living in areas highlighted in light blue (Moderate), yellow (High), orange (Very High), or red (Extreme) are eligible to receive a free wildfire sprinkler kit, while supplies last.

Because supplies are limited, residents living in High, Very High, and Extreme hazard areas will receive priority.
