The EMIS team also reviews and distributes reports published by ODE to the data owners. Those reports can either aid in data issue resolutions, in verifying that the data is correct, or in decision making. If the issues cannot be addressed by the data owners, for example because of a bug in the systems of record, the EMIS team works with the vendor to resolve the issue. The EMIS team works with other traditional and community schools to rectify enrollment date errors.

Families do not pay tuition for a student to attend an online public school. Common household items and office supplies, like printer ink and paper, are not provided. Our enrollment consultants can help address your technology and computer questions and needs.

The MGSD School Nutrition Department is committed to ensuring your child receives a nutritious breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria daily. A breakfast plate is made up of two breads or a bread and a meat, one fruit/juice, and milk. Lunch consists of a protein, grain, fruit, vegetable, and milk. The School Nutrition department has attempted to lower the fat, sugar and sodium in the meals that they provide. Menus may be found in the local newspaper or online. Nutritional information is also available from the online menus.

Application templates in other languages are available for comparison or instructional purposes, but may not be for the current school year. You may review these applications on the USDA website by clicking following this link: -meals/translated-applications.

The MGSD School Nutrition Department provides every student in our district with a three or four digit PIN number to be used in the school cafeteria. These PIN numbers identify an account for each student and we ask each student to memorize their number. Parents may send money to be placed in the account for the student at whatever denomination they would like. Pre-payment may be made for the week, month or more and in any increment the parent prefers to make. When the student comes through the cafeteria line, they give the cashier their PIN number and any items they are purchasing will be debited from their account. A student may also pay each day if they prefer. These accounts help to prevent lost money as students do not have to handle money as often if larger sums are placed on the account. Account balances will follow them year after year and from school to school.

MGSD understands that students occasionally may forget or lose their meal money. In the event that a student is unable to pay for a meal on a particular day, the student may charge a reimbursable meal. Parents are expected to pay all meal charges in full by the last day of school each year. If a student has a charge on their account, they will not be allowed to purchase any extra items. Any money they bring will be applied to their account until all charges are paid.

This week, I am meeting with governments and development partners at the International Conference on Education Management Information Systems in Paris. There is unanimous agreement that a truly effective EMIS goes far beyond than simply collecting administrative data on the numbers of students enrolled in schools that are gathered as a matter of course.

Modern EMIS has to be positioned in a well-known place of a national education information system, covering other areas different to the traditional ones, or at least technologically integrated to the relevant data sources allowing to know, for example, who is spending what, on whether children are actually learning what they need to know and with feasibility of data disaggregation at the school or even the student level. Only those characteristics will make an EMIS really relevant for the policy planning and the management of education systems.

The participants replied that income, education, and employment are typically used to establish traditional metrics of SES. Similarly, some participants claimed that household SES had influenced their educational achievements during school. Such as, we could not use information technology because we have no exposure and other schools in the urban areas have information technology. Furthermore, some respondents described that family wealth is essential and then we will get a good education. Most schools in the urban area have access to education and information technology. The real verbatim is written below:

Furthermore, the participants stated that our middle school is good, and we have information technology without discrimination against SES. Family affluence may impact the individual but not the school, and the Chinese government gives almost equal education opportunities.

The participants revealed that income shifting does adequately reflect living standards and also does influence the educational achievements of middle school students. Some students agreed that socioeconomic inequalities exist in the students, and some students have a good understanding of EMIS compared to low-income students. The high socioeconomic students can buy computers, laptops, and mobile to get online education. Household wealth inequalities reflect structural and chronic poverty, which further stop students from learning in the online education system. Similarly, household wealth inequality is the form of transient poverty, which is less volatile and more reliable. Wealth, rather than income, is a better predictor for EMIS and information technology.

However, the participants were from industrialized family backgrounds, and they described the socioeconomic inequalities that exist in some school systems. The city school system was different from online information-sharing system, and the city school gave all the facilities to their students whenever we were studying online. Now, we shifted to rural area schools, and there is no such reasonable EMIS for students learning.

Wang et al. (2021) revealed that ICT significantly influenced the economy and society in recent decades. Although ICT is critical for promoting SED, the inequality of the digital divide is present. Furthermore, Zehavi et al. (2005) found that many social inequities and digital technology interactions are different in the structure of society, which influence educational culture among students. Stewart (2021) argued that academic institutions, academics, administrators, educators, and students have thoroughly appreciated the ERT strategy. Such implementation is not fruitful due to socioeconomic disparities in the educational institution. The results of the current study were in link with the previous literature. Similarly, SEI exists in the students, and high-income students have a good understanding of EMIS compared to low-income students. Likewise, high socioeconomic students have the capacity to buy computers, laptops, and mobile to get online education (Figure 11).

Participants replied that EMIS exploitation and domination are present to some extent. Similarly, some participants claimed that low socioeconomic students are exploited based on online educational learning. Similarly, we could not use information technology because we have no exposure and other people of high economic status have information technology access in their homes. Furthermore, some respondents described that EMIS is essential for getting a good education. Most students have access to information technology. The authentic verbatim is written below: 2351a5e196
