During the retreat, we offer wholesome plant based diet, which contains no ingredients of animal origin at all, and we also avoid refined sugar and try to work with as little processed ingredients as possible. Most meals are gluten-free, but what is not will always be a gluten-free alternative. In the table, (G) denotes foods containing gluten and the free alternative is right next to it.
