1. 我們收集的資料
帳號資料： 當您註冊時，我們會透過 Firebase Authentication 收集您的電子信箱與加密密碼。
使用數據： 您輸入的「煩惱/提問」會被傳送至我們的雲端伺服器 (Google Cloud) 以生成 AI 回覆。我們不會將這些提問用於追蹤您的真實身份。
本地儲存： 您的「心情履歷」與「心境評分」皆加密儲存於您設備的本地端 (Local Storage)，我們不會主動收集或上傳這些私人日記。
2. 第三方服務 本應用使用以下第三方服務以維持運作，其隱私政策請參閱各官方網站：
Google Analytics / Firebase (帳號與崩潰分析)
RevenueCat (處理 App 內購買與訂閱狀態)
3. 資料刪除 您隨時可以在 App 內的「帳號」頁面，點擊「刪除帳號 (永久)」，這將會立即且永久地從我們的驗證伺服器中刪除您的電子信箱與存取權限。

Welcome to One Second View ("the App"). We deeply respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Data We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and encrypted password via Firebase Authentication.
Usage Data: Your "struggles/questions" are sent to our cloud servers (Google Cloud) to generate AI responses. We do not use these questions to track your real identity.
Local Storage: Your "Mood Journal" and "Mood Scores" are encrypted and stored locally on your device. We do not actively collect or upload your private journal entries to our servers.
2. Third-Party Services The App uses the following third-party services. Please refer to their respective privacy policies:
Google Analytics / Firebase (for account management and crash reporting)
RevenueCat (for handling in-app purchases and subscription status)
3. Data Deletion You can delete your account at any time by navigating to the "Account" section within the App and tapping "Delete Account (Permanent)". This action immediately and permanently removes your email and access credentials from our authentication servers.

1. 服務說明 「一秒鐘正見 (One Second View)」提供基於 AI 的正念引導與深呼吸計時服務。本應用提供的 AI 開示僅供靜心與自我覺察參考，絕不能替代專業的心理諮商、醫療診斷或精神治療。
2. 付費訂閱與免費試用 (Subscriptions & In-App Purchases)
本應用提供「訂閱制（包月或包年）」方案，以解鎖進階功能（包含：每日高達 20 次 AI 開示、10 分鐘深呼吸禪堂，以及專屬心情趨勢圖表）。
免費試用：首次訂閱的使用者可享有 7 天免費試用期。 試用期滿後將自動向您的帳戶扣款。
自動續訂： 除非您在當前訂閱期（或試用期）結束前至少 24 小時，於 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 帳號設定中取消訂閱，否則系統將會自動為您續訂並扣款。
所有交易皆透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 官方系統處理。退款政策依循 Apple 與 Google 之官方規定，開發者無法直接處理退款。
3. 使用者行為規範
每日 AI 開示次數設有系統限制（遊客每日 2 次，免費註冊者每日 10 次，付費訂閱者每日 20 次）。使用者不得利用自動化腳本、外掛或其他技術手段惡意規避次數限制或攻擊伺服器。
若發現惡意濫用行為，我們保留隨時終止該帳號服務之權利。
4. 免責聲明 本應用以「現況 (As-is)」提供服務。我們無法保證 AI 生成之內容百分之百準確或無誤，使用者需自行評估並承擔使用風險。
Terms of Service for "One Second View" Last Updated: March 2026
1. Service Description "One Second View" provides AI-based mindfulness guidance and a deep-breathing timer. The AI-generated insights are for meditation and self-reflection purposes only and must not replace professional psychological counseling, medical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.
2. Subscriptions, Free Trial & In-App Purchases
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) to unlock premium features, including up to 20 AI inquiries per day, the 10-minute Zen Hall, and exclusive mood trend charts.
Free Trial: First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your account will be charged automatically.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or free trial). You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
All transactions are processed securely through the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store systems. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google's official terms. Developers cannot issue refunds directly.
3. User Conduct and Limits
Daily limits apply to AI inquiries (2 times for guests, 10 times for free registered users, and 20 times for premium subscribers). Users must not use automated scripts, bots, or other technical means to bypass these limits or attack our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in malicious abuse.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "As-Is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the 100% accuracy or infallibility of the AI-generated content. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the App.
