Our Team

Rachael Thomeer

Festival Founder & Co-Producer

Rachael participated in a few 24-hour play festivals in college and, after acting in the TENS festival at Parish Players, thought it would be a fun project to bring here! She is very excited that the festival will be taking place this year and hopes that it will become an annual tradition.

Rachael has always dabbled in theater. She is currently a performer and board member with Valley Improv. Outside of theater, Rachael is the events chair of the Upper Valley Young Professionals. She spends her free time doing art projects (mainly sewing and glass blowing), spending time outside, and exploring the Upper Valley Community. For her day job, she does public health research at Dartmouth College.

Emily Counts

Co-Producer

While Emily loves all aspects of the performing arts, her passion lies with the technical details. With a degree in Theatre Design and Technology and a decade of experience under her belt, Emily feels at home in a rehearsal room, backstage, or in the booth. Trained primarily as a stage manager, she adores managing the logistical details of a production so the creatives can have the space to, well, create!

Emily recently relocated to the Upper Valley from the Midwest to work with the National Parks Service, and she is looking forward to getting involved in the theatre community in her new home. When not wrangling the miscellaneous minutia of a production or getting lost among the stacks of museum collections at her day job, Emily loves to read, sew, and play Dungeons and Dragons.

Beata Randall

Co-Producer

Beata has spent most of her theatre time on stage; singing and sometimes trying to dance. She has enjoyed participating in the Upper Valley with We the People, North Country Community theatre, Shaker Bridge Theatre and Barnarts. After seeing the Parish Players TENS festival a few years back, she recognized and appreciated the venue of the Parish Players’ Grange Theatre.

This past winter Beata co-produced the TENS festival. Her favorite aspects including getting to know so many new people and having her hands in so many different pots

When Rachael was looking for others to bring a 24 hour play festival to Thetford, Beata jumped at the chance. She hopes to bring her positive energy and organizational skills to the event with the goal of helping all involved enjoy their experience.  When not participating or attending community events, Beata works as an IT Analyst for Dartmouth Hitchcock.

Molly Raposa

Co-Producer

Molly has been involved in theatre and performing arts for many years now, and received her degree in Theatre Management. After serving in the AmeriCorps and working in higher education for a few years, she is very excited to recently return back home to the arts. She currently works as Front of House Manager for The Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth College.

Outside of theatre, Molly can be found spending time with her cats (including a brand new kitten!), reading, working on various crafts, playing Dungeons and Dragons, taking care of plants, and exploring her new home in the Upper Valley.
