The OneGuard mobile application is intended for authorized OneGuard security officers and personnel. It is not an open public marketplace.

Location information is intended to be collected only for authorized work-related purposes and according to the permissions, settings, and operational requirements of the Platform.
Where background location access is enabled, the Platform may collect location information while an authorized officer is actively working, clocked in, performing a patrol, or completing an assigned duty, even when the application is not actively displayed on the screen.
OneGuard does not use location information for advertising purposes.

Users should upload only information that is relevant to their authorized work duties.

The OneGuard application may request permission to access certain features of a user’s device.

Camera and photo access may be used to capture or upload incident evidence, patrol documentation, reports, licenses, certifications, or other authorized work records.
File access may be used to upload, download, or store authorized reports, documents, certifications, and other work-related materials.
Notification permission may be used to send shift updates, assignment information, announcements, leave updates, alerts, and other operational messages.
Users may control permissions through their device settings. However, disabling a required permission may prevent certain Platform features from working properly.

Authorized managers may review location records only when required for attendance, patrol verification, assignment management, safety, compliance, dispute resolution, or incident investigation.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operational, employment, contractual, insurance, regulatory, security, and legal purposes.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. For example:
Account information may be retained while the account remains active
Attendance and shift records may be retained according to employment, payroll, contractual, or legal requirements

Uploaded licenses and certifications may be retained while required for verification or compliance

A deletion request should include sufficient information to verify the user’s identity and account.
After verification, OneGuard will process the request within the period required by applicable law.
Certain information may not be deleted immediately if it must be retained for:

Insurance requirements
Regulatory compliance
Fraud prevention
Legal claims
Court orders or other legal obligations
Where deletion is not legally or operationally possible, access to the information may be restricted and the information retained only for the required purpose.
The OneGuard Platform is intended for authorized security officers and personnel who are legally eligible to work.
The Platform is not intended for children under 18, and OneGuard does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Platform.
If we learn that information from a child has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Use of the OneGuard application may be subject to additional employment, workplace, assignment, client-site, or company policies.
Where required, officers will receive additional notice regarding attendance monitoring, GPS usage, background location collection, patrol verification, workplace communications, and related operational practices.
This Privacy Policy does not replace any employment agreement, workplace policy, client-site policy, or legally required employee privacy notice.
The Platform may use or contain links to third-party services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.
OneGuard is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
OneGuard operates in the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other locations where OneGuard or its service providers maintain systems.
Where required, OneGuard will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
