PRIVACY POLICY FOR SOLVARIUM

1. WHO WE ARE
Solvarium is developed and published under the name One Eyed Raven Studio.
One Eyed Raven Studio is an independent game studio operated by:

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Patryk Orchowski is the data controller for personal information handled directly by One Eyed Raven Studio.

2. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android mobile game Solvarium, including its gameplay, analytics, advertising, privacy-consent, in-app purchase, offline-play, rating, external-link, and support features.
Solvarium does not require players to create an account.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not operate:
- a player account database,
- a cloud-save service,
- a multiplayer communication system,
- a social networking system,
- or a separate self-hosted first-party analytics platform for Solvarium.
Solvarium uses third-party Google services, including Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing, as described below.
The game is designed to limit the amount of personal information handled directly by One Eyed Raven Studio while still providing gameplay, analytics, advertising, purchase, security, support, and legal-compliance functionality.
3. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Solvarium stores certain information primarily on your device so that the game can function and preserve your progress.
This may include:
- selected language,
- music, sound, and gameplay settings,
- campaign progress,
- unlocked missions and game modes,
- unlocked Lore and Bestiary entries,
- Endless Mode highscores,
- gameplay preferences,
- information indicating whether the Ad-Free & Offline Play entitlement has been recognized,
- revive availability,
- counters used to determine when advertisements may be shown,
- and flags used to determine whether certain prompts or features have already been presented.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not intentionally upload this locally stored gameplay progress to its own servers.
Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, Google Account settings, and backup configuration, some application data may be backed up and restored automatically by the Android operating system or Google’s device-backup services.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not operate its own cloud-save or cross-device synchronization service.
Local game data may be deleted or lost if you:
- uninstall Solvarium,
- clear the application’s storage or data through Android settings,
- reset or replace your device,
- disable or delete applicable backups,
- or otherwise remove the locally stored application data.
Restored Android backups may restore some settings or progress, but restoration is controlled by Android or Google and is not guaranteed by One Eyed Raven Studio.
4. ADVERTISING
The free version of Solvarium uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
The game may display:
- interstitial advertisements after certain gameplay results or transitions, and
- rewarded advertisements that players may voluntarily watch to receive one in-game revive.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect, process, or share information such as:
- the device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate a general or approximate location,
- interactions with Solvarium and advertisements, including app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views,
- diagnostic and performance information, such as application or SDK performance, launch time, hangs, crashes, and energy usage,
- device or account-related identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other identifiers where available.
Google may process this information for purposes including:
- delivering advertisements,
- selecting or personalizing advertisements where permitted,
- providing non-personalized or limited advertisements,
- measuring advertisement performance,
- analytics and reporting,
- detecting fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising traffic,
- maintaining security,
- and improving Google’s advertising services.
The exact information processed may depend on:
- your country or region,
- your device,
- your Android and Google settings,
- your privacy choices,
- your Google Account settings,
- and the type of advertisement served.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not directly receive your full advertising profile or personally select individual advertisements shown to you.
5. ANALYTICS
Solvarium uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is installed, opened, and played, and to improve gameplay, player experience, marketing decisions, and monetization.
Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically collect or process information such as:
- an app-instance identifier assigned to an installation of Solvarium,
- device and application information, such as device category, operating-system version, application version, language, and screen information,
- general or approximate location information derived from an IP address,
- application lifecycle events, including first open, sessions, foreground activity, and background activity,
- interactions with the application,
- campaign and installation-attribution information,
- advertising-related identifiers where available and permitted,
- and limited in-app purchase information, such as product, currency, and value information.
Solvarium also sends custom gameplay and interaction events through Google Analytics for Firebase. These events may include:
- completion or skipping of the intro,
- opening the main menu,
- selected campaign or Endless difficulty,
- mission number,
- mission start,
- mission completion or failure,
- score,
- survival time,
- display of an interstitial advertisement,
- starting or completing a rewarded revive advertisement,
- an attempt to display the Google Play in-app rating prompt,
- and recognition of a new Ad-Free & Offline Play purchase, including limited currency and value information.
These custom analytics events are not intended to include:
- the player’s name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- message contents,
- exact location,
- payment-card or bank-account details,
- Google Play payment credentials,
- or the contents of locally stored game progress beyond the limited gameplay values described above.
Analytics information may be used to:
- measure installation and player-engagement trends,
- understand where players stop progressing,
- measure gameplay completion and retention,
- compare campaigns, missions, and game modes,
- evaluate advertising and purchase performance,
- identify technical or configuration problems,
- improve Solvarium,
- and make marketing and product-development decisions.
Google Analytics for Firebase may continue to operate whether or not the Ad-Free & Offline Play entitlement is owned. Ad-Free & Offline Play removes gameplay advertisements and the internet requirement for Campaign and Endless modes, but it does not by itself disable analytics.
If the device is offline, Analytics events may be stored temporarily on the device and transmitted when an internet connection later becomes available. A failure of Analytics or the absence of an internet connection is not intended to block gameplay.
Analytics data is processed by Google under Google’s applicable terms, privacy policies, and Analytics data-retention settings. Google Analytics for Firebase uses an app-instance identifier rather than a Solvarium player account because Solvarium does not require player accounts.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not set a custom player User ID in Google Analytics for Firebase and does not intentionally use Analytics events to identify players by name or contact details.
The Google Analytics property associated with Solvarium may be linked to Google Ads or other Google services for campaign measurement, attribution, reporting, and optimization.

6. PRIVACY CONSENT AND ADVERTISING CHOICES
Solvarium uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) SDK to request and manage advertising privacy choices where required.
Depending on your country or region, you may be shown a privacy or consent message before advertisements are requested.
Available choices may include:
- personalized advertisements,
- non-personalized advertisements,
- limited advertisements,
- consent to specific advertising purposes or partners,
- or other options required under applicable privacy laws.
Where required, advertising requests are made only after the UMP SDK indicates that advertisements may be requested.
If Google determines that a privacy-options entry point is required for your region, Solvarium makes a Privacy Options control available through the game’s Settings menu. You may use it to review or change the privacy choices made through Google’s UMP system.
Choices made through Google’s advertising-consent tools primarily concern advertising and related processing. They may not automatically disable all Google Analytics for Firebase collection.
Changing or withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the change.
You may also manage or reset your Android Advertising ID and other advertising settings through your Android device or Google Account settings.
7. AD-FREE & OFFLINE PLAY PURCHASE
Solvarium offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called:
Ad-Free & Offline Play
This purchase:
- removes gameplay advertisements,
- provides one free revive per mission or run without requiring a rewarded advertisement,
- and allows Campaign and Endless modes to be played without an internet connection.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not receive or store:
- your full credit or debit card number,
- your bank account details,
- your BLIK credentials,
- your Google Play payment method,
- or other complete payment credentials.
Google Play processes payments under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
Solvarium may receive or process limited purchase-related information necessary to:
- determine whether a purchase was completed,
- unlock the purchased entitlement,
- restore the entitlement after reinstalling or restarting the application,
- prevent duplicate or unauthorized entitlement delivery,
- provide purchase-related analytics,
- and assist with purchase-related support.
This information may include:
- the purchased product identifier,
- purchase status,
- transaction or order information,
- purchase receipt information,
- a purchase token,
- an entitlement confirmation supplied by Google Play,
- localized currency information,
- and the purchase value.
After Ad-Free & Offline Play has been successfully recognized, Solvarium does not display gameplay advertisements.
Google advertising, analytics, consent, or billing components may still initialize or process limited information needed to:
- provide analytics,
- determine consent status,
- verify or restore the purchase,
- maintain security,
- prevent fraud,
- or provide required Google Play functionality.
Google may retain transaction information for legal, financial, account-management, security, and fraud-prevention purposes according to Google’s own policies.
8. INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE
Solvarium does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact information in order to play.
If you voluntarily contact One Eyed Raven Studio by email or another support channel, we may receive:
- your email address,
- your name or account name if included in the message,
- the contents of your message,
- screenshots,
- device or operating-system information,
- purchase or order information,
- crash details,
- or any other information you choose to provide.
We may use this information to:
- respond to your request,
- provide technical or purchase support,
- investigate bugs,
- verify purchase issues,
- protect Solvarium and its users,
- prevent abuse or fraud,
- maintain records,
- and comply with legal obligations.
Support correspondence may be processed and stored by our email service provider.
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, record-keeping, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Solvarium uses or interacts with the following third-party services:
Google Analytics for Firebase
Used to collect and report application usage, gameplay progression, engagement, retention, advertising, attribution, and purchase analytics.
Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK
Used to deliver, measure, and manage interstitial and rewarded advertisements.
Google User Messaging Platform
Used to display privacy messages and manage advertising-related consent and privacy choices where required.
Google Play Services, Google Play In-App Review, and Google Play Billing
Used to distribute, install, update, rate, purchase, verify, and restore content or entitlements associated with Solvarium.
Android and Google device-backup services
Depending on your device and settings, Android or Google may back up and restore some locally stored application data.
Google’s handling of information is governed by Google’s own policies.

Solvarium may also contain links that open external services, such as:

When you leave Solvarium and open an external service, the privacy practices and terms of that external service apply.
10. DATA SHARING AND SALE
One Eyed Raven Studio does not independently sell players’ personal information.
Information may be transmitted to or processed by Google when necessary to provide:
- application analytics,
- gameplay measurement,
- campaign attribution,
- advertising,
- advertising measurement,
- privacy and consent management,
- purchase processing,
- purchase analytics,
- purchase verification and restoration,
- application distribution and updates,
- in-app rating functionality,
- fraud prevention,
- security,
- diagnostics,
- device backup and restoration,
- and related Google services.
Depending on the law applicable in your country or region, the processing of information for personalized or targeted advertising may be legally described as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar term.
Where required, relevant advertising choices are provided through Google’s consent and privacy tools.
One Eyed Raven Studio may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law,
- respond to valid legal proceedings or binding governmental requests,
- protect the rights, property, or safety of One Eyed Raven Studio, players, or other persons,
- investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations,
- or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
11. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Gameplay data stored locally remains on your device until it is deleted, cleared, overwritten, removed with the application, or restored from an available Android backup.
You can delete locally stored Solvarium data by:
- uninstalling the game, or
- opening Android Settings, selecting Solvarium, and clearing the application’s storage or data.
Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, uninstalling or clearing local data may not immediately remove a backup previously stored by Android or Google.
You can manage applicable device backups through your Android or Google Account settings.
Clearing Solvarium’s application data may reset locally stored Analytics information and may cause Google Analytics for Firebase to assign a new app-instance identifier. It does not automatically delete Analytics information that was already transmitted to Google.
Deleting local application data does not automatically delete:
- Google Analytics for Firebase data already transmitted,
- Google Play purchase records,
- transaction records,
- advertising information,
- consent records,
- device backups,
- or other information independently processed by Google.
Analytics, advertising, consent, diagnostic, backup, and transaction information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies, applicable Analytics property settings, and applicable law.
Because Solvarium does not require a player account and does not send a custom player User ID to Analytics, One Eyed Raven Studio may not always be able to identify which Analytics records relate to a particular person based only on a name or email address.

We may retain limited information where necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations,
- resolve disputes,
- prevent fraud,
- maintain security,
- or protect legitimate legal interests.
12. SECURITY
One Eyed Raven Studio takes reasonable measures to limit the personal information handled directly by the studio.
Gameplay progress is primarily stored locally rather than in a public player database operated by One Eyed Raven Studio.
Information transmitted to Google services is protected according to Google’s applicable security practices. Firebase states that Firebase services encrypt data in transit using HTTPS.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices, Google Accounts, and payment methods.
Third-party services are responsible for their own technical and organizational security practices.
No method of electronic storage, processing, or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Solvarium is a dark-fantasy strategy and survival game containing:
- undead enemies,
- fantasy combat and violence,
- frightening themes,
- and dark imagery.
Solvarium is not designed or marketed specifically to children under the age of 13.
The game does not knowingly ask children to create an account or directly provide:
- their name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- home address,
- photographs,
- or other direct personal information.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through its own account or server systems.
Analytics, advertising, and other third-party services may process information as described in this Privacy Policy and under their own policies.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has sent personal information directly to One Eyed Raven Studio may contact:

We will review the request and delete the information where reasonably possible and legally required.
14. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning personal information, including the right to:
- request access to personal information held about you,
- request correction of inaccurate information,
- request deletion,
- request restriction of certain processing,
- object to certain processing,
- withdraw consent,
- request data portability where applicable,
- and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
Because Solvarium does not use player accounts or operate its own cloud database, One Eyed Raven Studio may not be able to identify or retrieve information that:
- exists only locally on your device,
- is stored in a device backup controlled by Android or Google,
- is associated only with an Analytics app-instance identifier that you have not provided,
- or is independently processed by Google.
Advertising privacy choices may be reviewed through the Privacy Options entry point in Solvarium when Google requires that option to be displayed.
Requests concerning information held directly by Google should be made through Google’s privacy tools or support channels.

We may need to request reasonable information to verify your identity before fulfilling certain privacy requests.
15. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Where the GDPR or a similar legal framework applies, One Eyed Raven Studio may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract or steps requested by you, including providing gameplay functionality and recognizing an in-app purchase,
- your consent, particularly for advertising or analytics-related processing where consent is legally required,
- legitimate interests, including understanding and improving Solvarium, measuring gameplay performance, maintaining security, preventing fraud, providing support, investigating technical problems, and protecting legal rights,
- compliance with legal obligations.
The appropriate legal basis may depend on the type of data, the purpose of processing, and the law applicable in your country or region.
Google and other third-party providers determine and disclose their own legal bases for processing information under their respective privacy policies.
Available legal bases and privacy choices may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
16. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Google and other third-party service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, these transfers are subject to safeguards described in the applicable service provider’s privacy policy and under applicable data-protection law.
One Eyed Raven Studio does not independently control all locations in which Google processes information through its services.
17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
- Solvarium’s functionality changes,
- new services or SDKs are introduced,
- advertising, analytics, or purchase functionality changes,
- our data practices change,
- or legal and platform requirements change.
The updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through Solvarium or its Google Play listing.
