He is the first companion of the Straw Hat Gang and a swordsman whom Luffy trusts immensely.

When Zoro was a child, Zoro had a childhood friend, Kuina, with whom he worked hard in sword training. However, she was in an accident and did not return. In order to fulfill his promise to her, Zoro aims to become the "world's greatest swordsman". His beliefs are strong and fierce, he always works hard, he likes adversity, and when it comes to fighting, he seeks a stronger opponent and risks his life.

- She is a boss and a firm in-law, and she is willing to put her body on the line for the sake of her friends. While supporting the captain Luffy in the shadows, he also takes a strict attitude in times of emergency, and is a pillar of the gang! 

Meet Luffy and become his first companion!

Before meeting Luffy, Zoro was feared by those around him as a bounty hunter specializing in pirates, "Zoro the Pirate Hunter". He was about to be captured and executed by the Navy for slashing the pet wolf of Colonel Morgan's son, Helmeppo, in order to save his child. There, Luffy appears, who is interested in him. Luffy likes Zoro's enthusiasm and decides to draw him into his ranks. Zoro was touched by Luffy's manliness for saving him and became the first member of the Straw Hat Gang!

Swordsmanship like a demon god! Three-wielding wielder

As a swordsman, his weapon is, of course, a sword. However, his swordsmanship is a rare "three-sword style" that makes full use of both hands and three swords held in his mouth. He uses a variety of swords, from one sword to three swords, and his fighting appearance is truly a demon god. The sword he wields is extremely fast and powerful, and can deliver slashes and cut through iron. He has further gained strength through training, and now that he can cut a huge ship in two with a single sword, there is nothing he can't slash anymore!
