Shabondi Islands

On their way to Fish Island, the Straw Hat Gang meets Camie, a mermaid, and Pappag, a starfish. They fight off the "Flying Fish Riders" who are after them and rescue Hacchan, a friend of Camy's and a former member of Aaron's gang. 

In order for pirates to cross the Red Line, they must pass through the Fishman Island at the bottom of the ocean, which requires a special coating on the ship. Upon learning of this, the group heads to the Shabondi Islands, where there is a coating craftsman who is an acquaintance of Hatchan. In this archipelago, the "Tenryujin", who are residents of the holy city of Marijoa and are also called "world aristocrats", roam around, and they also buy and sell humans and mermaids. 

In addition, it is a place where pirates aiming for the "New World" gather, and 11 pirate rookies, including Luffy and Zoro, gathered with a bounty of more than "100 million".

Luffy and the others immediately go out to find craftsmen, but when they take their eyes off, Camy is snatched and auctioned off at the Human Shop. Luffy and the others hurried to the auction site, but it was too late, and Camy was bought by the Tenryujin, and Hacchan was shot when he tried to stop Luffy. Enraged, Luffy breaks the unwritten rule of "not touching the Tenryujin" and beats up the Tenryujin, Charlos Hijiri. 

When Luffy punched Tenryuuto away, a big battle broke out with the marines involving Eustace Kidd and Trafalgar Law, who were over 100 million rookies present at the venue. 

There, Luffy and the others meet Silver's Rayleigh, an old man who has been auctioned off. In fact, this Rayleigh was the coating craftsman that Luffy and the others were looking for, and he was also the former vice captain of the Roger Pirates and a man who knew the secret of the "One Piece of Great Treasure". 

Luffy and the others are surprised to hear the truth from him that led to the execution of the Pirate King. However, when it comes to the identity of the One Piece, Luffy stubbornly refuses to know.

On the other hand, the Navy, which received the report, dispatched Admiral Yellow Monkey, Admiral Yellow Monkey, Admiral Chemical Unit Commander Sen Momomaru, and Bartholomew Kuma-like human weapon "Pacifica" to the Shabondi Islands to calm the situation. With its overwhelming power, it hunts down more than 100 million rookies. 

As the entire island descends into chaos, a "real" bear appears in front of Luffy and his friends. Rayleigh comes to the rescue, but Luffy and the others are scattered around the world by Kuma's abilities, and the Straw Hat Gang completely collapses.
