FAQ
We provide full product support so you can use ONE-HAND MIXING® conductive glue with complete confidence. This section is regularly updated based on feedback and questions from our users.
A1. Yes. ONE-HAND MIXING® is a room-temperature-curable conductive epoxy glue. It does not require refrigerated storage and offers excellent ease of use.
A2. Yes. Both the single-use and large-capacity type include three mixers in the package. If, by any chance, a mixer is missing, please contact us and we will promptly send replacements.
A3. Under standard conditions (25 °C(77℉) for 24 hours), the glue develops sufficient conductivity and hardness. As the curing reaction progresses, it gradually thickens, making the piston harder to press. We recommend completing your application within about 40 minutes after dispensing.
A4. If the glue does not harden, the cause may be low temperature or a mixing ratio deviation. At ambient temperatures below 25 °C(77℉), the curing reaction slows, and the resistance value may take 2–3 days to stabilize. In such cases, gently warming the area with a hair dryer can help speed up curing and restore conductivity.
Additionally, when dispensing starts, the initial portion of glue from the mixer nozzle may have a slight imbalance between Part A and Part B. We recommend discarding a small amount (about the size of a grain of rice) before actual application to ensure proper mixing.
