These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the One Cleaner: AI Clean Storage app (referred to as "the Application"), a mobile application developed by Yongshuang JI (referred to as "the Service Provider"). The Application is offered as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with these terms. It is highly recommended that you read and fully understand them before using the Application. Any unauthorized copying, alteration, or modification of the Application or any of its components, as well as the misuse of trademarks or intellectual property, is strictly forbidden. Attempts to access the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative works are also prohibited. The Service Provider retains ownership of all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and intellectual property.
The Service Provider aims to make the Application as helpful and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for its features or services at any time. Any potential charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
The Application processes and stores the personal data you provide to deliver its features. It is your responsibility to ensure your device’s security and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can compromise its security, expose it to malware or other threats, and potentially cause the Application to malfunction.

The Service Provider is not liable for certain situations. Some functionalities of the Application depend on an active internet connection, which may rely on Wi-Fi or mobile data provided by your network operator. If your connection is unavailable or you exceed your data limit, the Application may not function as intended, and the Service Provider is not responsible for such interruptions.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi network, your mobile network provider’s terms will apply, and you may incur charges for data usage or third-party services. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such costs, including potential roaming charges. If you are not the account holder for the device, you are presumed to have the bill payer’s permission to use the Application.
Similarly, it is your responsibility to ensure your device is charged. The Service Provider cannot be held accountable if your device loses power and you cannot access the Application as a result.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application up-to-date and accurate, they rely on third parties for certain information. Therefore, they are not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by your reliance on the Application’s functionality.
The Application may require updates over time to remain compatible with your operating system or to provide new features. You agree to download updates as they are made available. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain relevant or compatible with your device. Furthermore, the Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. In such cases, your rights to use the Application will terminate, and you must stop using and delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be communicated by posting the revised Terms & Conditions here.
