To provide a functional and synchronized performance tracking experience, the App processes the following categories of information:
Account Information: If you sign up or log in via email or Google Sign-In, we collect your Full Name, email address, profile picture URL (if authenticated via Google), and a unique authentication identifier to secure your profile and personalize the application interface.
Duty Log Details: Custom duty rotation schedules, calendar attendance marks, leaves, and custom cycle overrides logged by you.
Device Information: Operating system details to facilitate native system notifications, local alert alarms, and visual settings (such as Dark/Light mode overrides).
We use the collected details to run, maintain, and optimize the application, specifically to:
Enable real-time, cross-device database synchronization so you do not lose your logs.
Calculate and display future cycle predictions using the app's Future Predictor tool.
Schedule and deliver automated duty alerts and notifications (via system alerts or emails) regarding shift changes.
Our app integrates with third-party service providers to power its cloud functionalities:
Google Sign-In & Firebase Authentication: Secure database sync and sign-in services provided by Google. Data transfer is protected by secure SSL/TLS protocols, and access rules enforce user data isolation.
Google Play Services: Standard platform services to run the app bundle on Android devices.
ON OFF Duty Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your logged shift information is stored locally on your device and synchronized with our secure Firebase cloud database. We restrict database access through robust rules ensuring that only the authenticated account owner can read or write their respective duty tracker data.Â
You maintain full control over your data. You may request details of your stored logs or request the deletion of your account and all associated logs at any time by contacting us directly.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly within the app on this screen with an updated "Last Updated" date.
