Just read the pdf report (164 pages) by Dutch Trimbos named " thc cbd and health effects of marijuana and hashish - recent knowledge 2012 " Not a word about new cannabis oils, concentrates, meth similar production methods, environmental impact, real sick people paying 1000's of dollars for these thc concentrates and oils, or publications about it, good and bad, on internet. However, they kept raving on about more research has to be done, along repetitions of this ' own ' previous conclusion. As an endless flowing river referring to the list of references of ' their researched ' researches of others, from 40 years back till now..

by Trimbos, Dutch Institute for a mentally healthy society and Drugs and Drugs Use.
Quote; Ecstasy is the most popular nightlife drug among young adults. Alcohol and tobacco cause the most deaths from substance use. Ketamine in the dance scene; GHB use leads to serious health incidents relatively often; Mixed signals about synthetic opioid use; Almost a million blowers (on 17 million Dutch). Increase THC content of Dutch weed from 13.5% in 2013 to an average of 16.8% in 2018; This is evident from the National Drug Monitor 2018. The annual report from the National Drug Monitor (NDM) contains trends, figures and facts about the use of alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Several things stand out.
Almost a million blowers in 2017 ; In 2017, 960 thousand adults had used cannabis in the past year, the same as in 2015 and 2016. That is 7.2% of the population aged 18 and older. Among young adults of 18-24 years, the last-year use is the highest (about 25%). Risky smoking is the most common among 30-39 year-olds and among cannabis users with a non-Western migration background.
Increase in THC content of Dutch cannabis ; The average content of THC in Dutch cannabis remained at the same level in 2018 as in 2017, but seen over several years there is an increase observable. For the most popular (popular) Dutch weed, an increase was measured from an average of 13.5% in 2013 to an average of 16.8% in 2018; for cannabis that was purchased as the "strongest", it was an average increase from 15.3% in 2014 to 19.5% in 2018. The highest THC content was measured in imported hashish (average 23.5%), more than in previous years (14.9% in 2014). In contrast to Dutch cannabis, imported hashish also contains considerable amounts of cannabidiol (CBD), 8.5% in 2018. The average price of one gram of the most popular Dutch weed (€ 10.09) did not differ from 2017 in 2018 (€ 10.10), but has increased since 2006; this also applies to the price per gram of the "strongest" weed '' End quote.

On thc/cbd, quote : '' Our annual measurements have shown that Neder-weed contains more Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) then weed from the nineties. It also showed that cannabidiol (CBD) hardly occurs in Dutch cannabis, but mostly in foreign hash '' End quote.
On Synthetic cannabinoids, quote : '' It is not that the current cannabis policy only has negative aspects. The relatively easy availability and lower penalisation of use - compared to other countries - has helped to ensure that the use of synthetic cannabinoids in the Netherlands hardly occurs. Synthetic cannabinoids are generally much more harmful to the health of the individual user than natural hash or weed '' End quote.
