This privacy policy applies to all applications published by Omnivia Apps on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to: Neurovexa, SwiftCal, My Handicap, CaddieIQ, Stillness, and TapMyScore.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
Our apps are designed to work primarily offline. We collect minimal data:
Personal Information You Provide:
• Name (if you enter it in settings — stored locally on your device only)
• App preferences and settings (stored locally on your device only)
• Game scores, food logs, golf scorecards, and other in-app data you create (stored locally on your device only)
Automatically Collected:
• Advertising ID (only in apps that display ads, used by Google AdMob)
• Basic analytics (app crashes, performance data via Google Play services)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
• To provide app functionality (storing your scores, preferences, and history)
• To display relevant advertisements (free versions only, via Google AdMob)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
3. DATA STORAGE
All personal data (scores, settings, preferences, food logs, scorecards) is stored LOCALLY on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our apps may use the following third-party services:
• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements in free versions. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Services — for app distribution and basic analytics
• Open Food Facts API — for barcode food lookups (SwiftCal only). Only the barcode number is sent; no personal data is transmitted.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.
6. ADVERTISING
Some of our apps display advertisements via Google AdMob in their free versions. Premium/paid versions do not display ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalisation).
7. DATA DELETION
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by:
• Using the "Clear Data" option within the app's settings, or
• Uninstalling the app, or
• Going to Android Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Data
8. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
• Access your data (it's all on your device)
• Delete your data (see section 7)
• Opt out of personalised advertising
• Uninstall any app at any time
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
