This Privacy Policy explains how OmniRTA ("we," "our") processes your data when you use our mobile and desktop applications.
1. Audio Data Collection and Processing
The OmniRTA application provides real-time acoustic analysis tools.
Nature of the data: The application accesses your device's microphone to analyze the frequency spectrum in real time, using multiple analysis algorithms (Bayesian fusion, Constant-Q Transform, FFT) and to compute derived acoustic measurements (spectral tilt, spectral centroid, bandwidth, ISO-226 equal-loudness weighting, Bark/Mel/Piano-Roll scale representations).
Processing: Captured audio data is processed exclusively in real time by our built-in analysis engine directly on your device.
Storage and transmission: No audio data is recorded, transmitted, or stored on external servers. All processing is strictly local and temporary.
2. In-App Purchases
OmniRTA offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro" unlock) processed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
Payment data: We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). All payment data is handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy and security policies.
Purchase status: Purchase status (whether the Pro unlock is active) is verified through Apple's StoreKit; it is not linked to any personal identity by us.
3. Preference Data
We use local storage (UserDefaults) to save your personal settings (selected analysis algorithm, frequency scale, Q filter settings, color palette, display duration, measurement smoothing, calibration offsets, target curve selection, etc.) in order to improve your user experience. This data is stored exclusively on your device and is neither synchronized nor shared.
4. Your Rights
You retain full control over your use of the application:
Permissions: You may revoke microphone access permission at any time through your device's Privacy settings. Please note that doing so will render the application non-functional.
Transparency: We are committed to not collecting any personally identifiable information.
