1. Overview
Omni AI helps you chat with AI models, analyze images, summarize files, scan content, and use related tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
2. What We Collect
We may process the following types of data when you use the app:
- prompts, messages, images, documents, and file names you submit for chat, scan, summary, or analysis features;
- chat history, pinned chats, calculator history, usage counters, onboarding status, language, theme, and other app preferences stored locally on your device;
- Google account profile details, such as name, email, user ID, and avatar, if you choose to sign in;
- diagnostics, crash reports, app events, and performance data from Firebase services;
- advertising and consent data from Google AdMob, Yandex Mobile Ads, Google UMP, and mediation partners.
3. Camera, Photos, and Files
The app asks for camera access so you can scan questions, and for photo library access only if you choose to import an image from your device. It may also let you attach documents or files for AI analysis. These permissions are used only to support the features you choose to use.
4. How Your Data Is Used
We use your data to:
- generate AI answers, summaries, explanations, and file or image analysis;
- save local history and preferences so the app works across sessions;
- sync supported chat history and pinned chats when you sign in with Google;
- load remote app configuration, AI model lists, in-app messages, and ad settings from Firebase;
- detect crashes, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve reliability;
- show, limit, measure, and improve advertisements.
5. AI and Third-Party Services
To provide AI responses, Omni AI may send your submitted prompts, images, documents, and conversation context to AI and infrastructure providers used by the app, including OpenRouter and Cloudflare Workers. These providers process the content only as needed to return a response, route requests, protect API keys, or support the service.
The app also uses third-party services including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Realtime Database, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Google UMP, Yandex Mobile Ads, and related mediation or infrastructure services.
6. Local Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Chat history, calculator history, cached content, and preferences are primarily stored locally on your device. When you sign in, supported chat history and pinned chats may also be stored in Firebase Realtime Database under your account so they can sync.
You can delete conversations and other available history inside the app where supported. If you uninstall the app, local app data is normally removed unless your device or platform restores it from backup.
If you sign in with Google, you may contact us to request deletion of account-related data that we control, including supported synced chat data associated with your account. Data processed by third-party services may be retained according to their own policies for security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, analytics, or legal compliance.
7. Advertising
Omni AI is a free app supported by ads. Google AdMob and mediation partners, including Yandex Mobile Ads where applicable, may use device identifiers, consent status, approximate location, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, and improve ads. We do not sell your personal data ourselves.
8. Accounts, Security, and Children
You can use many features without an account, but Google Sign-In may enable profile display and chat sync. We use reasonable technical measures to protect app data, but no online service is completely secure.
Omni AI is not directed to children under 13 years old, or under the minimum digital consent age required in their country. Younger users should use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, or teacher, and should not submit sensitive personal information.
9. Your Choices
You can choose not to sign in, deny optional camera or photo permissions, delete conversations where available, reset or change some preferences, and control certain ad consent choices where required by law. You can also contact us for privacy questions or deletion requests related to data we control.
