I'm a yoga teacher dedicated to teaching the traditional classical style of Hatha Yoga. But I'm also a bit of an adventurer! When I'm not teaching, you might find me mountain biking, skiing, or creating music and poetry. Plus, my work in palliative care gives me a unique understanding of how the body works and how we can find relief from pain.
