I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Statistics at the University of Chicago. I am supervised by Daniel Sanz-Alonso. I received a Master of Mathematical Science at the Australian National University in 2019 and a First Class Honours in Statistics from the ANU in 2015. I also received a Master of Information Technology from the University of New South Wales in 2019. From 2015-2019, I worked in various data/research scientist positions at places including Atlassian and CSIRO’s Data61.

My research interests are in high-dimensional and nonparametric statistics, statistical inverse problems, and data assimilation. Some of my recent work has been on the non-asymptotic and dimension free statistical analysis of Kalman filter type algorithms, such as the ensemble Kalman filter.
