Breeding & Payment info

By purchasing a slot(s) to any of my ballators you have agreed to the rules below. Breaking of any of these rules will result in a ban from purchasing/using slots

General Rules:

• I require that any and all payments are completed before the slot is marked usable

• I require a parent slot to all offspring, I will inform you if I do not want the slot

  • • If you have breeding rules applied to the offspring, I will agree to them

• I do not allow Fertilitea's or Forbidden Love's to be used unless previously discussed!

  • • I most likely will allow for them to be used, but there are a couple of my kiddos that I do not want items to be used with

• No cross breeding unless a Forbidden Love is discussed or they are a safe cross (i.e. Mountain x Forest)

• Inbreed at your own risk! I highly discourage inbreeding, it is your responsibility to check lineage/pairs

• IMPORTANT: If you sell the foal, I require notification & a chance to buy via tag in the journal/ PM about the sale. 

  • • I'd like to have the chance to buy the foal first, as my ballators mean a lot to me and I'd like to keep their families close if possible. If I don't want to buy it, I'd like to know who the new owner is!

    • Failure to notify me of sales will result in an automatic ban from purchasing or using slots from my ballators, this is something I take very seriously.

USD and Denarii Payments

• Please do not send payments until I agree to the sale

• Slots won't be marked usable until I receive the full payment

• USD should be sent via Paypal only (link/info will be provided)

• Denarii should be transferred via this forum
  
  

Art Payments

• Art payments should be completed within 3 months

  • • extensions can be given if requested, I completely understand that life happens!

• Slots won't be marked usable until all payments are completed

• Artwork should be submitted to the EquusBallator gallery

• I allow general art and hunts, but please no literature at this time

  • • Hunts must follow the hunting guidelines found here

-Mixed payments can be discussed via DM, not all ballators will be open for mixed payment options!
