The most of the industries face the problem of waste water treatment polluted with organic matter which concentration exceeds 500 mg/dm3. The equipment currently used by the companies is characterized with the reduced filtration cycle, needs repeated washing of filtering material, which implies the high consumption of electric power, provokes conglutination of filtering material and negatively impacts the efficient operation of equipment. To overcome the above disadvantages, we propose a new low-capacity equipment for the mechanical-biologic treatment of waste water with high concentration of impurities. Our equipment permits to combine the processes of sedimentation, biological anaerobi-aerobic treatment and advanced filtration of water within the same technological object. The monoblock construction includes the module containing the rezervoir with two parallel sections of primary sedimentation, a filter for advanced treatment, inflow and outflow pipelines, and sludge evacuation outlet from the primary sedimenation section. The treated waste water can be subsequently used by the industries as technological water, for instance for the equipment cooling or for irrigation scopes.
