As a fleet, we like to make sure that anyone who is considered for this rank meets the following requirements and has a good level of trust as this rank is our higher command rank. In addition, all of your characters will share this rank. The following requirements must be met.
Must be an active member.
Must be a discord user and be on our server.
Must have been in our fleet for a good stretch of time.
Must have at least one (or more is preferable) characters in both our Federation and Klingon fleets.
Must have earned the trust of the fleet leaders.
Not be afraid to communicate with all ranks.
Keep an eye on fleet projects.
Keep an eye on the fleet rosters and promote/demote at the right times.
Be in good standing with the fleets.
