~GENERAL info~

English is not my native language, so when communicating, describing your order, editing work, etc., write as accurately and simply as possible, without using abbreviations, idioms and slang.
You and your characters must be adults - 18 years of age or older
I only work with characters that have a reference. It is also desirable to have references to the pose, background details... or other important elements. Yes, I work with references created by AI (but I do not support the use of AI)
Do not forget and consider the difference in time zones, I work and answer from 8 am to 8 pm GMT + 3 (Moscow)
Let's be polite and patient with each other, I'm ready to discuss everything related to your order.

~I DON'T DRAW:~

☓ Underage characters in sexual scenes/nudity☓
☓ Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure) : diapers ☓ guro ☓ vore ☓ ...

~PAYMENT~

All payments must be in USD dollars or rubles
Payment is made only after the agreement of all details of the work
Please provide full upfront payment of your commission or agreed portion before I start working on it.
Payment must be made within 24-72 hours, after taking commission\YCH\adopt.
I use Boosty (PayPal/Card\ Stripe) and Hipolink (Paypal) as payment systems. Payments must be made through Boosty donations or the Hipolink Private content page
Rarely, it is possible to pay from PayPal to my intermediary’s PayPal or off-Paypal FA account to purchase advertising or digital content

~Information on solving problems with payments via Boosty\Hipolink~

If the amount is large and you forgot to divide it into 100 usd - divide it into several small donations
Try "pay with new e-wallet" and use your PayPal mail again.
Check if there is money on a bank card that is linked to paypal
If you are using firefox browser try using google chrome
Disable firewall
Open tab in incognito mode
Change phone/computer device
Change payment method donat/post
If PayPal doesn't work, try a credit card
With a credit card, the probability of error is less than with a debit
If the transfer from the bank is blocked - call the bank and confirm that it is you

~Auctions and fix sales additional rules~

Please bid only if you can pay the amount you are bidding.
Don't delete\hide your bet (deleted=>ban)
If you do not pay within the agreed timeframe, I will be forced to cancel your bid and: transfer the right to buy back to the previous buyer or reopen the auction

~Additional Rules for the Parallel Auction~

The auction can be held in parallel on two or more sites
There is no need to duplicate bets on platforms, do it where it is more convenient for you
I am posting bids through comments, please pay attention to this.
I can't always keep track of it, I transfer information every 6 / 12 / 24 hours or when notifications appear
You can transfer someone else's bid yourself by specifying the bid, nickname, platform, if you want to make the next bid and be sure that the auction sequence is correct.
The highest bid from any platform during the auction period wins
Of the bets placed at the same time, the bet with the highest value has priority
Of equal bids, priority is given to the one published earlier

~Additional Rules for the ADOPT~

You cannot assign a character original design* to yourself
*Design shown on promo art - the one that you buy, the one that is drawn by me
You can develop and change the character as you want in the future! Hairstyles, clothes, new tags... As you exist, everything can change)
It's always nice to see what kind of story you can create!
You can share them with me, it's interesting!
Cameo role: there is a possibility of appearing in my projects in this design, with the name chosen by the buyer and a mention of the owner in the credits. SFW in minor roles, by default.
If the character does not “lie on the shelf”, but is actively developing, then the likelihood of the role Cameo rule manifesting increases

~PAYMENT plan~

Payment plans are available for prices higher then 200$
Initional fee is $100, duration and details of payment are discussed in each case separately!

After receiving the first payment, I start working on the sketch. After receiving the next payment, I proceed to the next stage of work.
If you refuse to continue paying - I stop the work, you get the work at the current stage of completion. Your first payment will NOT be refunded.

~RESERVATION and hold~

The reservation slots is available from week+
Each week $10 additional fee immediately until full payment is received**
In case of subsequent cancellation of the order - the payment for the hold is not refundable

*For regular customers - hold for a month for free

~WORK process~

Commissions are accepted through Notes (FA) or open google form, but main discussion and wips in Telegram DM |Twitter DM | Boosty chat or work email

TO COMMISSION ME send me a note with description:

1) Type of commission and mark SFW or NSFW

2) Number of characters and characters reference and a short description of important character traits.

3) Background complexity (none| gradient| simple| complicated)

4) Description of the art idea and|or pose references;

5) Extra - if need add-ons or alternative versions

6) Your e-mail (to which I will send the finished artwork) or I will give you a link to a folder in the online file hosting with the final work.*

*the link has an expiration date, please be careful and download files in a timely manner

!!The specified base prices are subject to change during the discussion of your assignment depending on the complexity, details and additions.
I use boosty\telegram\twitter PM's to send Work In Progress (WIP)s if you say you need them.
I can do WIP at every important stage of work (sketch, line, coloring...).
No WIPs after sketch confirmation speeds up work!
Work on the drawing can take from 1 week to 1-2 months, if specific dates are not agreed. In case of delay, due to unforeseen situations, you will always receive compensation in the form of a bonus to this art or the next

~CHANGES~

At the sketch stage of your work, 3 free edits are possible, any further changes are discussed and paid separately, depending on the complexity
The exception is errors on my part, such as a mismatch with the reference, I correct at any stage for free.

~CANCELING / Refunds~

I can't get a refund because this feature is not available on the platforms I use.
Technically you can make a refund, but this will be followed by a block from payment platforms. As well as blacklisting and spreading your contacts among artists, as a person who has lost confidence.
* Sometimes banks "do not trust" the platforms and can make a refund WITHOUT notifying the sender. This is resolved by re-payment, and sometimes by calling the bank to confirm the purpose of the payment.
The only working option is to make a "refund", in case of emergency: you create a "creator page" on the platforms that I use and I return the agreed amount minus commissions and costs through it

~Copyright policy~

I retain full and exclusive rights to the original work of art. put the finished art in my gallery, make artbooks and things like that with this art.
You is only allowed to use the work for non-commercial purposes.

~Private rights~

Additional payment is +50% of the final price.
I will not publish or use private commission in any way.
Private work may also not be used for commercial purposes.

~Discounts~

Discounts for regular customers :
- Cumulative discount: when ordering art worth more than $1,000, you get the status of a "Regular customer" and a personal discount on all subsequent works of 10%!
Fanart discount:
- When ordering a famous character, you can get an additional discount of up to 30% on the total amount, not available now, check it out individually
Presale discount
- Available in telegram in the early stages of work, available when you provide information about it, values vary.

Discounts are cumulative, except as otherwise stated in the rules for the current job.
