COVID-19 Changes

We made some changes throughout the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of our team and also our customers. This is being constantly reviewed, along with government guidance, but we now feel we have got to grips with things and can operate reasonably normally with the changes we have made.

The changes we've made include:

πŸ‘ Closing our building to public access, minimising risk of transfer between our staff and customers.

πŸ‘ All bookings will be by appointment only to help manage workload and customer interaction.

πŸ‘ We will be sanitising vehicle touch points, using our biocide spray system and our team will be using gloves when entering vehicles which are disposed of after use. Our technicians will be covering seats and wearing fresh gloves when working on your vehicle.

πŸ‘ Vehicle drop offs can be "no-contact" by dropping keys to our key drop postbox. You can also use our self check-in feature using your mobile.

πŸ‘ We have a Sanitiser Station by our front door and throughout the building.

πŸ‘ Our staff will not be able to give customers lifts home due to social distancing, but our local collection and delivery service is continuing and has been extended. We are only able to return vehicles that we collect.

πŸ‘ Subject to availability, Courtesy Cars can be used. A Β£12 cleaning charge will be made to contribute to the cost of additional cleaning required between use.

πŸ‘ Invoices and check sheets will be Emailed prior to vehicle collection and full explanations of work will be carried out over the phone and by Email as appropriate.

πŸ‘ Payments will be taken via Bank Transfer or Card on the phone prior to collection/drop off to reduce need for contact. Cash or cheque are not accepted at this time.

πŸ‘ Distance collection of vehicles via key box as required.

πŸ‘ Customers are unable to wait onsite and waiting appointments are now a minimum of 3 hours to help us manage workload and COVID-19 changes.
