### Local Storage
- Your flashcard decks, cards, and study progress are stored locally on your device using SQLite database.
- Your app preferences are stored locally using SharedPreferences.
- All local data is scoped to your user account to ensure privacy between different users on the same device.
### Cloud Storage
- Your account information (email, display name) is stored securely on Supabase servers.
- Your authentication credentials are managed by Supabase and are encrypted.
- We do not store your flashcard content on cloud servers unless you explicitly choose to sync your data.
## Third-Party Services
### Supabase
- We use Supabase for user authentication and account management.
- Your email and authentication data are stored on Supabase's secure servers.

### Google Gemini API
- We use Google's Gemini API to generate flashcards based on your topics.
- When you request flashcard generation, your topic/prompt and selected languages are sent to Google's servers.
- Generated flashcards are returned to your device and stored locally.

## Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:
