How It Works
As every good relationship starts with trust, at OkChez, we believe strongly in building those strong connections with our clients and their families on a weekly basis. We will meet with you to determine where you need help most. For many of our clients, this relationship is built steadily over the 1-2 days, 4-8 hours a week we typically spend toward helping our clients recapture ownership of their free time. We’re also extremely accommodating, meeting with clients more or less as needed. Furthermore, our love of family and personal time extends beyond just dual-income families or those who work long hours because they simply love what they do.
Whether you’re a busy consultant who just needs a hot meal and clean laundry at the end of the day, a doctor who needs more time to decompress after the rigors and emotional stresses of hours spent at the hospital, or both you and your spouse have far too many home and work challenges to juggle to get the bare essentials done, OkChez can step in to help you bring order to life’s chaos.
What results can I expect?
Results vary depending on your individual situation and circumstances, but in just one 3 hour session, you will see a visual result and have marked improvement in some part of your home or office.
Do you give quotes?
We don’t quote, however, feel free to give us a call on our toll free number to have a chat about your particular needs and we can give you a better idea of how things might work for you and what our hourly rates are.
The time taken depends on many factors: how long you’re been in your space and how large or small it is, how much ‘stuff’ you have, your ability to work with us, your motivation to change and what kind of change you are looking for. Everyone’s different.
How long will it take?
Experience tells us that 3 hours is a great starting point and during that time, further work can be scoped so we can give you a better idea of what can be achieved working together.
On average, most clients need 2-3 sessions to maximise the process but it will depend on what you want to achieve.
What’s in it for me?
You will save time and money when you’re organised. You will also feel more focused and able to concentrate on the task at hand, whether it be work or play. We often unearth buried treasures like money in forgotten bank accounts, supplies and equipment. Implementing effective systems and procedures saves money and your valuable time ‘looking for things’. We know all the clever solutions to make your day run smoother!
What do you need from me?
All we ask from you is:
- Commitment to the process. It may have taken years for you to reach the point of needing help: it will take time for us to create change together. Organizing takes time.
- A willingness to develop new habits. The more open minded and willing you are to try new things, the better the result is likely to be!
- The desire to create change.
