Check Pump Light
Verify the pump indicator light is functioning.
Confirm it turns ON/OFF as the pump cycles.
Replace the bulb or fix the connection if the light fails to respond.
Verify Channel Linking
Check the configuration to ensure the stroke counter is linked to the correct input channel.
Confirm the signal from the pump or sensor is being accurately received.
Test the counter’s response to ensure it's recording strokes correctly.
Check Target Iron
Inspect the target iron.
Ensure it is aligned and in focus with the stroke sensor or detection point.
Adjust as needed for optimal detection.
Manual Stroke Signal Test
Use a separate iron to manually simulate strokes on the sensor.
Confirm the stroke counter registers signals correctly with each manual strike.
Verify consistent and accurate counting.
