Stroke Counter Calibration Steps

1. Inspect Junction Box

   • Open the junction box.

   • Ensure all wires are firmly connected and properly tightened.

   • Look for any loose terminals or signs of corrosion.

2. Check Pump Light

   • Verify the pump indicator light is functioning.

   • Confirm it turns ON/OFF as the pump cycles.

   • Replace the bulb or fix the connection if the light fails to respond.

3. Verify Channel Linking

   • Check the configuration to ensure the stroke counter is linked to the correct input channel.

   • Confirm the signal from the pump or sensor is being accurately received.

   • Test the counter’s response to ensure it's recording strokes correctly.

4. Check Target Iron

   • Inspect the target iron.

   • Ensure it is aligned and in focus with the stroke sensor or detection point.

   • Adjust as needed for optimal detection.

5. Manual Stroke Signal Test

   • Use a separate iron to manually simulate strokes on the sensor.

   • Confirm the stroke counter registers signals correctly with each manual strike.

   • Verify consistent and accurate counting.
