After you upgrade, any changes to your subscription will take place within 24-hours or less. you will be charged for the new OkCupid Premium subscription right away. Upgrade using your Android
If you've subscribed with an account on your Google Play Store account, when you upgrade, modifications in your account will take place immediately. Any credit you have left over from OkCupid Basic will be applied to the newly purchased OkCupid Premium membership. A new renewal date for your subscription is assigned to your account which will then be charged with OkCupid Premium at this date. If you purchased the subscription directly with an account on your credit card after you upgrade, any changes on your membership will be made within 24-hours or less and it will cost the new OkCupid Premium membership immediately. Refunds will be made for the remainder of time you remained for OkCupid Basic, but this transaction will not be visible immediately in your account.
If you decide to sign to subscribe, you can cancel at anytime. Cancelling your subscription will stop you from being charged again for the future however it does not guarantee a refund your money. You will keep the remainder of the time you have paid for, and you will automatically lower your subscription back to a free.
You are responsible to end your membership if you do not want it. We cannot automatically reimburse for membership time that is not used.

If you'd like to receive a refund due to having encountered a major glitch or issue or the information you provided for payment was not used with your permission You can send an email to a human for assistance.
iTunes/ iPhone app Store purchases
We are unable to refund purchases made through our iPhone app. Apple does not permit us to cancel or refund or modify subscriptions purchased via their apps. If you need assistance regarding a purchase you made through the iPhone application, you'll have to make contact with Apple customer support.
