OJR Wildcat Crew Club was established in August of 2017 as a competitive rowing club for Owen J. Roberts High School students in grades 9-12. Students are taught the fundamentals of rowing through practice and competitions in various regattas, while becoming part of a prominent sport in the area. The club was established as a non-profit organization by receiving our 501c (3) in January of 2018.

Max is an OJR alumni, and has 8 years of rowing experience. He served as the assistant coach for the 2024-2025 season.

- 2023 NY State Championship bronze medal Ithaca Men's 8+
- 2023-2024 Captain of the Ithaca Men's Team
- 2024 Liberty League Championship gold medal Ithaca Men's 8+
- 2024 NY State Championship gold medal Ithaca Men's 8+
- 2024 IRA National Championship qualifier (Ithaca's first ever showing)

Syd is a first year assistant coach with OJR with 4 years prior rowing experience at Hobart and William and Smith.

- CRCA Scholar-Athlete
- Liberty League All-Academic
- Competed primarily with the 2V8
- Won a gold medal at the Liberty League Championships
- Captured a silver medal at the New York State Championships
