The running club enrichment activity offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all abilities, ranging from beginners on the couch to those already experienced in running. Participants have the opportunity to engage in various types of running activities, including road running, cross country runs, and parkruns. Whether someone is looking to improve their fitness, challenge themselves, or simply enjoy the camaraderie of a group run, the club caters to a wide range of interests and skill levels. With support and encouragement from both peers and coaches, students can set personal goals, track their progress, and ultimately experience the benefits of regular physical activity while having fun.
