Case 4523.

Anomalies unit was dispatched to an apartment building located at 2675 Phonos avenue. The land lord complained of a mysterious person residing within the complex. The land lord claimed to have never seen this man before, nor has he had this man as a resident. Upon further inspection of the cameras, slight movements could be seen in the first camera feed. After a clean sweep of the building, it was discovered that a hole in the basement door was big enough for a small hook to open the door from the inside. When questioning the land lord as to why there was no camera placed by the door, he stated to officers that the door has been jammed shut, and that no one could open the door from either side. Further questioning will be needed to resolve the issue.
