Ohio Candidacy Withdrawal
February 2, 2022 3:30pm: I'm withdrawing my Hi-O-Hi candidacy. The deadline for filing is 4pm today. This is okay, and I'll have more to add later. My Ohio campaign has been a success. I have gathered some important data, which is what engineers/hardsci types do instinctively from the time they were kids, such as when I was given three "dead" lawn mowers when I was in 3rd grade, and dragged them all home (it wasn't that far). It wasn't enough to see pics in the World Book Encyclopedia. I needed to see real live pistons, rods, and cranks. I have a song about it. I'm focusing on Wisconsin and other Mid-America states and will do some more 'splaining via Evitts, Lucey, Ricky, Fred, Ethel et al that: "In short, when a State opts to act in a field where its action has significant discretionary elements, it must nonetheless act in accord with the dictates of the Constitution — and, in particular, in accord with the Due Process Clause," not the Dues Process Claws into trusts; and other criminal enterprises of lawyers and judges.
