The Governing Board of the Ohio Lions Pediatric Cancer Foundation is comprised of a Board of Directors comprised of one representative from each district and three At-Large members to be elected by the District representatives.  District representatives are elected for a three-year term; At-Large members are elected for a one-year term.  For more information on the candidacy requirements and officer elections, refer to the Election By-Laws attached to the left.

The fiscal calendar year for this Foundation shall coincide with the year of Lions International and the Ohio Lions Inc., starting on July 1st each year and ending on June 30th of the following year.
