I've been playing for a while now, and have started to build my kingdom. Unfortunately, every time I recruit a lord, they're usually gone within a week or two. Doesn't seem to matter whether they have land or whether they like me. I've had lords who were 50+ relation that I had gifted towns to abandon me to join the enemy mid siege and attack me, taking their town and settlements with them.

Also, do we have any word on if there will be the ability to give fiefs to lords more efficiently? So far the only way I've found is through election, and sometimes it doesn't even seem like that works. I just took a castle and while it said an election had started, when I went to the kingdom tab, the "skip to the voting" popup didn't appear. I've seen that there's a mod to give fiefs to companions (called Rulership), and one to lords (called Grant Fiefs), but its got a lot of crash reports.

I'm having an issue where my character, thanks to all their enchantments, is super strong, so strong that it makes the vanilla vampire lord feel very weak and squishy.

I know when you transform into a vampire lord all of your currently equipped gear and therefore enchantments become unequipped, I was hoping it would be possible and relatively straightforward to change this so that your current gear and enchantments stay equipped and you can keep the bonuses they provide.

Some rings and amulets can be equipped to your character that do carry over into vampire lord form, namely the ones from the quests, "rings of blood magic" and "amulets of night power." So my reasoning was that if they stay equipped, there must be a way to make my current gear stay equipped like that too.
