🌟 Support for Your Comfort: Consider any neck, head, or knee supports that would make your experience more comfortable, such as pillows or folded blankets. These can be especially helpful for alleviating lower back pain.
🌟 Stay Warm: Your body temperature may decrease during the session, so we recommend bringing an extra blanket to keep you warm and snug.
🌟 Enhance Relaxation: An eye mask or a cloth to cover your eyes can greatly enhance your relaxation experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and healing energy.
