By downloading or using Offline Music (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Offline Music is a 100% offline media player. You import and play audio and video files already on your device using Files and Photos. The App does not provide streaming, an online catalog, or internet downloading of media.

2. License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the media you import and play.

You confirm you have the rights needed to use that media on your devices.

You must not use the App to infringe copyrights, bypass DRM, or break the law.

We do not review the content of files you import.

4. Prohibited use

You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law, use the App to fetch media from the internet, or misrepresent the App as an online downloader.

5. No affiliation

Offline Music is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Spotify, or Apple Music. Third-party names are trademarks of their owners.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR MEDIA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App by deleting it. Distribution through the App Store may end at any time.

9. In-app purchases

Access to the App requires Offline Music Pro via Apple In-App Purchase.

Weekly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase.

Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Restore Purchases is available on the paywall.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
