Offline Music (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a 100% offline media player for iOS. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Overview

Offline Music works entirely on your device. You import audio and video from Files or Photos. The App does not require an account, does not use the internet for playback or import, and does not upload your media to any server.

2. Information on your device

2.1 Imported media

When you choose files from Files or Photos, copies are stored in the App’s local storage on your device for offline playback. Media remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.

2.2 Photo Library

If you import from Photos, iOS may ask for Photo Library permission. Access is used only so you can select and import videos. The App does not upload Photo Library content.

2.3 Preferences

On-device settings (for example equalizer, theme, onboarding status, playlists) are stored locally on your device.

3. What we do not collect

We do not require registration.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use advertising trackers in the App.

We do not download media from the internet or third-party websites.

We do not operate an online cloud library.

4. Network

Offline Music is designed for 100% offline use. Core features — import from on-device sources, playback, playlists, equalizer, background audio, and Picture-in-Picture — do not need an internet connection.

5. Permissions

• Photo Library — import videos you select

• Background Audio — continue playback when the screen is locked or you leave the App

• Picture-in-Picture — system floating video when available

6. Retention and deletion

Delete items in the App anytime. Uninstalling Offline Music removes the App’s local data from that device per iOS behavior.

7. Children

The App does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
