본 개인정보처리방침은 "오프라인 가계부"(이하 "앱")가 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 취급하는지 설명합니다. 본 앱은 이용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 설계되었습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
본 앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 서버로 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 이용자가 입력한 모든 가계부 데이터(금액, 분류, 메모, 날짜 등)는 오직 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장됩니다. 개발자를 포함한 누구도 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
2. 정보의 저장 및 보관
- 모든 데이터는 이용자 기기의 로컬 데이터베이스(SQLite)에 저장됩니다.
- 본 앱은 인터넷에 연결하지 않으며 외부 서버, 클라우드, 분석 도구, 광고 네트워크를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 데이터는 이용자가 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하기 전까지 기기에 보관됩니다.
3. 정보의 제3자 제공
본 앱은 이용자의 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 제공, 판매, 공유하지 않습니다. 정보가 기기를 벗어나지 않으므로 제3자 제공이 발생할 수 없습니다.
4. 권한 사용
본 앱은 데이터 내보내기(CSV) 기능을 위해 기기 저장소 접근 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이는 이용자가 직접 요청한 경우에만 동작합니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 누구에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 데이터 백업 및 손실
모든 데이터가 기기에만 저장되므로, 기기 분실·초기화·앱 삭제 시 데이터가 영구적으로 사라질 수 있습니다. 중요한 데이터는 CSV 내보내기 기능으로 별도 보관하시기 바랍니다.
7. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령 또는 앱 기능 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 업데이트를 통해 고지합니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how "Offline Ledger" (the "App") handles your information. The App is designed with your privacy as the top priority.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect or transmit any personal information to any server. Every entry you create (amounts, categories, memos, dates, etc.) is stored only in local storage on your device. No one, including the developer, can access this data.
2. Storage and Retention
- All data is stored in a local database (SQLite) on your device.
- The App does not connect to the internet and uses no external servers, cloud services, analytics, or advertising networks.
- Data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not provide, sell, or share any of your information with third parties. Because your data never leaves your device, no such sharing can occur.
4. Permissions
The App may request storage access solely for the optional CSV export feature, which runs only when you explicitly request it.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 14.
6. Backup and Data Loss
Because all data is stored only on your device, losing, resetting, or uninstalling the device/app may permanently erase your data. Please use the CSV export feature to keep a separate copy of important data.
