He grew up in a rich household as a high ranked demon, his parents invested a lot of time into his education and he showed exceptional talent when it came to magic. His right eye has a magic circle embedded into it which he uses to cast most of his magic without the need of incarnations or similar.
Always polite, but he does occasionally snap and gets rather aggressive, but that does not happen without a lot of provocation. He does tend to get annoyed easily over the smallest things - usually rather rude to his students.
Regis can copy magic abilities due to his right eye's ability. He also has an immunity to magic that affects the mind, making him invulnerable to be mentally taken advantage of.
