Welcome to AI Office Interior Designer (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, and the third parties with whom we share it, specifically regarding our Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
When you use our App to generate office interior designs, we collect the following data directly from you via manual input:
- Text Prompts: The specific text descriptions, style selections, and parameters you type or select within the App to describe the office design you want to generate.
- (If applicable) Uploaded Images: If you use an image-to-image feature, we collect the photo you explicitly choose to upload for reference.
We do NOT collect background location, contacts, browser history, or any other unrelated personal data from your device.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The data we collect (Text Prompts and Uploaded Images) is used STRICTLY AND SOLELY for the following purpose:
- To process your request and generate the AI-based architectural and office interior design images you asked for.
3. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING (AI SERVICES)
To provide our core AI design features, the App must share your Text Prompts (and Uploaded Images, if provided) with third-party AI service providers.
Who the data is sent to:
Your data is securely transmitted via API to OpenAI, L.L.C. ("OpenAI"), and/or our designated cloud rendering partners (e.g., Replicate Inc.), which process the data to return the generated images to your device.
What data is sent:
Only the specific text prompt you enter and the specific image you upload for generation are sent to these third parties. No identifiable personal profile data (such as your name, email, or device ID) is attached to these prompt requests.
Equal Protection Guarantee:
We confirm that any third party the App shares your data with (including OpenAI and Replicate) provides the same or equal protection of user data as outlined in this Privacy Policy. These third-party APIs are bound by enterprise agreements that prohibit them from using your personal API data to train their public models, ensuring your inputs remain private and secure.
4. USER CONSENT AND PERMISSION
We require your explicit permission before collecting or transmitting any of your data to our third-party AI services. Upon your first use of the AI generation feature, the App will display a clear consent prompt disclosing what data will be sent and who it will be sent to. Your data is only transmitted after you explicitly agree and tap to generate a design.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Generated outputs and input prompts are stored locally on your device's secure storage.
- We do not store your generated images on our own servers.
- You can delete any generated image or clear the app's cache directly from your device at any time, which permanently removes the data.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
