# Privacy Policy — Office Escape Inc.
**Effective date:** 8 July 2026
**App:** Office Escape Inc.
**Developer:** Glitchy Toad Games ("we", "us", "our")
**Contact:** aleem.allie@gmail.com
> How to use this: the date and contact email are filled in — just paste this text onto any
> free public web page (a GitHub Pages site, a Notion page set to "public", or a simple
> site) and give the resulting link to the Google Play Console. If your first build ships
> WITHOUT real ads, you may trim the "Advertising" section (see the note there).
This policy explains what information Office Escape Inc. collects, how it is used, and your
choices. By playing the game you agree to this policy.
## Information we collect
**Information you give us:** None. The game does not require an account, sign-in, name, email,
or any personal details to play.
**Saved on your device:** Your game progress and settings (levels cleared, coins, gems,
cosmetics, and options) are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and
is removed if you uninstall the app; we do not upload it.
**Collected automatically (analytics):** To understand how the game is played and to fix
problems, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage and diagnostic data — for example which
levels are reached, crash reports, device model, operating-system version, and general
region. This data does not identify you personally.
**Advertising identifiers:** If the app shows ads (see below), our advertising partner may
access your device's advertising ID and limited device/network information to display and
measure ads.
## How we use information
- To run and improve the game (balance difficulty, fix bugs and crashes).
- To display and measure advertising, where applicable.
- To understand overall, anonymous player trends.
We do **not** sell your personal information.
## Advertising
> **Note:** The initial release of Office Escape Inc. may ship **without third-party ads**
> (any "ad" shown is an in-app placeholder). If your current build has no real ad network,
> you may remove this section — but keep it once you enable Google AdMob, and make sure your
> Play "Data safety" form matches.
When enabled, the app uses **Google AdMob** to show interstitial and optional rewarded ads.
AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Google's
policies:
- How Google uses information from sites/apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google AdMob: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Where required (e.g. in the EU/UK), we present a **consent choice** before serving
personalised ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform.
## Third-party services
The game may use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:
- **Google Play services / Google Play Billing** — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- **Google AdMob** (advertising, if enabled) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- **Google Analytics for Firebase / Crashlytics** (analytics & crash reporting, if enabled) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
## Children's privacy
Office Escape Inc. is a general-audience game and is **not directed to children under 13**
(or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and
we will delete it. If you later choose to target children, you must comply with Google Play's
Families policy and applicable laws (COPPA/GDPR-K) and configure ads/analytics accordingly.
## Data retention and security
Local save data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Analytics/ads data is
retained by the respective providers per their policies. We take reasonable measures to
protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
## Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct,
or delete personal data, and to opt out of personalised ads. You can:
- Reset or limit your **advertising ID** in your device settings (Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads).
- Adjust your ad **consent** choice where the consent prompt is shown.
- Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
To make a request, contact us at the email above.
## International data transfers
Service providers listed above may process data in countries other than yours. Their policies
describe the safeguards they apply.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, when ads are enabled). We will
update the "Effective date" above and post the new version at this URL.
