To maintain complete core functions including inspection punching, record archiving, keyword searching and data statistics analysis, the application only stores the following content locally on your device, and all data is only used to support normal operation of the application:

• Daily inspection records: inspection time, inspection type (environment, equipment, safety), punching status, manual notes and supplementary descriptions added by users;

• Statistical analysis data: total inspection times, completion rate and inspection type distribution data of today, this week and this month;

• Personalized application settings: display preferences, statistical viewing habits and local configuration for daily inspection management;

• Temporary cache files: lightweight local cache to ensure smooth offline operation of record query and data statistics, which can be cleared manually without affecting core inspection data.

All local data is independently controlled by users, and no background data analysis or unauthorized data invocation will be performed by the application.

• Please note that all deleted local data cannot be recovered after permanent removal.
