Office Viewer is designed as a local utility tool. We do not require account registration or the collection of personally identifiable information (PII) to access our features.
Device Information: We may collect basic technical data, such as your device model, operating system version, and language settings, to ensure app compatibility and smooth functionality.
Usage Statistics: We collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how features are used. This data is strictly used to analyze app performance and guide future functional updates.
All document processing tasks—including reading, editing, converting, merging, splitting, and protecting files—are performed entirely locally on your device.
We do not upload, store, or monitor the content of your documents on external servers.
Any temporary files created during processing are stored securely in the app's local directory and are removed when you clear the app cache or uninstall the application.
To provide its core functions, Office Viewer may request the following permissions:
Storage / All Files Access: Required to locate, read, edit, and save documents (such as PDFs, Word, Excel, PPT, TXT, and images) stored on your device.
We may use third-party service providers, such as advertising networks or analytics platforms, to support the maintenance of the application. These partners may collect pseudonymous identifiers (such as Advertising IDs) in accordance with their own privacy policies. These third parties do not have access to your documents or any content processed within the app.
We implement standard security measures to protect the limited technical data processed by the app. Because your documents are processed locally and never stored in a cloud environment, your file content remains private and secure on your own device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for regulatory reasons. Updates are effective immediately upon being posted within the application. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
