Office 365 IMAP, SMTP, POP Settings –in order to configure one has to abide by the following settings

·         Server Address – smtp.mail.office365.com

·         Username – one is required to enter his or her email address

·         Password – you are requested to enter your password

·         Port Number - 465 (with SSL)

·         Alternate Port Number -587(with TLS)

·         Authentication – Required

·         Sending Limit – one is allowed to send 500 emails in a single day or in other words 100 connections

·         Password – enter the email's password
