Hi Dr. Gray, I understand that you made this request last year. Our response remains unchanged. CPSO does not, by practice, release physician files (other than certain registration application files). Accordingly, we cannot provide you with the information requested. Regarding your question about the location of your CPSO file, off-site storage of paper files are held in the facilities of Iron Mountain Canada, a document storage vendor engaged by CPSO.
