Step 2. Review Application (within one week)

Step 3. Accept Application (notice for site certification)

Step 4. Site Certification (within 2 weeks)

Step 5. Site Inspection (SGS inspection within 3 weeks, fees payable to SGS separately)

Step 6. Application Approval (certification issuance)

or

Step 7. Application Disapproval & Application Fee Refund (if SGS inspection results negative)

> The certification is valid for 3 years per certification per OEM site (i.e., if you have multiple sites in different countries, you need to apply for each site etc.)

> The certification is renewable within 6 months prior to expiration date. A new application and inspection is required once expired.

> The certification is non transferrable nor misuse. In the event of fraud or inactive of OEM operations, the certification is void and removed from our record.
