License Grant
This license grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and non-transferable right to use the licensed assets for commercial, personal, and educational purposes, provided you do not violate any of the following:
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the assets, even if they have been modified or incorporated into derivative works.
You may not use the assets, in their original or modified form, in any content depicting violence, abuse, hate speech, pornography, defamation, propaganda, political purposes, or any misleading use.
You may not use the assets for training machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithms, or in any AI-related datasets. This includes using the assets for facial recognition or any AI-based technologies
You may not misrepresent yourself as the creator or copyright holder of the assets.
The assets remain the sole and exclusive property of Selly (the Licensor).
Limitations of Liability
The assets are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
The Licensor is not liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the assets, including any third-party claims.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the assets.
Refund Policy
You are responsible for understanding the product description, features, and terms of this agreement prior to purchase. Support is available for technical issues or if you believe the product has been misrepresented.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Licensed Model(s) are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the purchase is completed, except where required by law.
Termination
This Agreement is effective from the date the assets are first downloaded and will continue until terminated. The Agreement will terminate automatically if you exceed the scope of the license granted or fail to comply with any term within this Agreement. Upon termination, you agree to cease all access to and use of the assets.
The Licensor reserves the right to seek all remedies available under the law in case of any breach of this Agreement.
The Licensor reserves the right to modify these terms in the future. By continuing to use the assets after revised terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. The Licensor will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes via email to the address associated with your account.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
By downloading or using the assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
