Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use
We do understand the importance of personal information and spare no efforts to guarantee the security of your personal information. In view of your trust for us, we will abide by the principles of consistent rights and responsibilities, explicit purposes, personal consent, minimum usage, security guaranteed, subject participation, and publicity and transparency to protect your personal information. Besides, we hereby make a commitment that your personal information is protected by using well-established safety standards and corresponding protective measures.
Before using our products (or services), please carefully read and understand the User Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
I. What personal information is collected?
To provide basic services, the App needs to use the following permissions or functions to guarantee the proper operation of relevant functions:
1. Read, write in, or delete the memory space
For reading, writing in, or deleting the videos or screenshots saved
2. Obtain the location information of your device
For realizing a quick connection to your device, finding nearby device and listing Wifi options
3. Obtain the information of your mobile phone
For performing the push service
If you don’t agree that we use the above necessary permissions or functions or don’t allow us to collect and use the above information, the App will not function properly.
Besides, we request you to sign in. When you sign in, we ask you to provide your personal information, such as your email and phone number, which will be stored in your account name. If you intend to fully use our third-party shares or log-in functions, you need to make your third-party accounts allow us to obtain some information including such third-party accounts.
II. You may provide or allow us to collect the following information:

In case of any breakdown, we will write the error log into external storages. And you may decide whether you send the log to us or not.
Such information is not required to perform the functions, but it is of great significance to service quality improvement and R & D of new products or services. We won’t ask you in a compulsive manner to provide such information, and no adverse impacts will be made on the functions if you refuse to provide it.
III. When you use such functions, the App may apply for the following system permissions related to personal information:

(2) Take pictures and make videos, recordings
(3) Check network connections, and change such connection and full network access permissions
(4) Allow the reception of WLAN multicast
(5) Change system settings
(6) Display the prompts of software upgrade

(8) Allow the App to obtain current or recent applications
(9) Let you participate in the surveys about our products and services
If you don’t authorize us to use the above permissions, we will be unable to provide such functions. Besides the above permissions, you may decide whether you authorize other system permissions to the App.
IV. How your personal information is processed, shared, transferred, or revealed?
(1) Authorized processing: Some specific modules or functions of the App are provided by our external suppliers. For example, we may employ a service provider to assist our customer support. We will sign strict non-disclosure agreements with the companies, organizations, and individuals we authorize for processing personal information, so that they handle all personal information as per our requirements, privacy policy, and other confidentiality and safety measures.
(2) Sharing: We won’t share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than us unless we have your explicit consent. Currently, we will ask for your explicit consent to sharing your personal information in the following conditions:

b) Law-based disclosure: We may publicly disclose your personal information according to laws, legal procedures, lawsuits, or the mandatory requirements of relevant government departments.
V. How your personal information is protected?
(I) We have used well-established safety protection measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will take all rational and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example:
1. Duration of information storage
(1) We will store the personal information of our users on a continuous basis when they use our services.
(2) In case you intend to delete your personal information or cancel your account, we will keep your current personal information as per the shortest duration specified in laws and regulations. We won’t use your personal information for commercial purposes within such shortest duration. Besides, we will anonymize your personal information after the above duration expires.
a) In order to help people’s procuratorates, public security organs, or national security organs investigate the criminal behaviors of any of our users and protect the life and property security of other users, we will encrypt and isolate the personal information of relevant user within the limitation of prosecution specified in the criminal law in case any user deletes its personal information or cancels its account.
b) In case you have any serious breach of laws, regulations, or the agreements or rules of the App when using our services, your breach, violation, and corresponding credit records will be stored on a permanent basis.
2. Territory of information storage
(1) We collect your personal information for the storage and use of such information in Mainland China.
(2) Currently, we have no scenarios to provide personal information to overseas agencies. In case we need to provide users’ personal information to any overseas agencies, we will explicitly inform you the purpose, receiver, and safety guarantee measures for sending such information to overseas agencies. Besides, we will obtain your prior consent in advance.
3. Safety protection measures
(1) We will use rigorous security systems and industry-wide well-established safety techniques and procedures to prevent your personal information from loss, leakage, damage, or unauthorized access and usage.
(2) We take the following safety technical measures to protect your personal information:
a) The personal information of our users is stored in our server in an encrypted manner. Besides, such information is stored by using data isolation.
b) An encrypted transmission protocol is used for data transmission.
c) Data access permissions are strictly controlled, while well-established application and approval system of sensitive data access permissions has been established.
d) The data security monitoring and auditing system has been established for all-around data security control.
4. Disposal of Security Accidents
(1) In order to cope with possible security risks because of the leakage, damage, or loss of personal information, we have issued several company-wide systems, determined the grading standards of accidents and security breaches as well as our internal processes (including emergency response processes) and remedial measures for the above accidents and breaches.
(2) In case of any accident, we will inform you the basic conditions and risks, the measures we have taken or will take, and suggestions for you to lower potential risks.
(3) We will promptly inform affected users about the conditions of any accident through messages, letters, or phone calls. We will issue a warning on the App in case it is difficult to inform our users one by one.
5. Termination of Operation
(1) In case we terminate the operation, we will publish an announcement on the App at least 30 days in advance and immediately stop collecting personal information.
(2) After we terminate the operation, we will stop using such personal information for commercial purposes. Besides, we will perform anonymization for all personal information collected after the shortest storage duration specified in laws and regulations expires.
(II) We will take all rational, feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. Unless it’s required to extend the storage duration or permitted by laws, we will keep your personal information within the duration required to meet the purposes specified in the cost policy.
(III) We will update and disclose contents including safety risks, personal information security impact assessments on a regular basis.
(IV) The Internet is not 100% secure, and we will spare no effort to guarantee the security of the information you send to us. In case your information is subject to unauthorized access, public disclosure, manipulation, or damages and your legitimate rights are damaged as a result of the destruction of our physical, technical, or protective facilities, we will take corresponding legal liabilities.
(V) In case of any unfortunate personal information accident, we will promptly inform you the basic conditions and potential impacts of the accident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to lower relevant risks, and remedial measures according to laws and regulations. We will promptly inform you the relevant conditions of the accident through emails, letters, phone calls, or pushes. If it’s difficult to inform all users one by one, we will publish an announcement in a rational, effective manner.
Besides, we will actively report the handling of such personal information accident as per the requirements of regulatory departments.
VI. How the privacy policy is updated?
We may update or change the privacy policy from time to time, and any of the updates will be published on the website with time updated. Unless otherwise specified in laws, regulations, or regulatory provisions, such updated or changed contents will go into effect seven days after they are announced or published. In case you continue using any of our services or visiting our website after any of such updates or changes for the privacy policy, we believe that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the modified policy and will abide by it.
