Odd Aisle Atelier is an offline, single-player puzzle game. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
## Information stored on your device
The game stores shelf progress, best scores, star totals, earned coin balance, daily gift dates and streaks, and sound, haptic and motion preferences locally on your device. This information is used to run the game and restore your progress between sessions. The game does not transmit this gameplay information to a server.
Your device or operating system may include app data in backups according to your own device and backup settings. The game does not operate a cloud account or synchronization service.
## Collection and tracking
The game does not require an account. It does not contain advertisements, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases or tracking technology. It does not request access to contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera. It does not collect personal information through gameplay or sell or share gameplay data for advertising.
## Support communications
If you choose to email oddaisleatelier@support.com, the email address and information you provide are used to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive information. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the request and maintain a support history. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the same address, subject to applicable retention obligations.
## External links
Privacy and terms links open in your device’s default browser. The hosting provider and browser may process information under their own policies. The game does not control third-party websites. Opening a support email link uses your configured email application; sending a message is your choice.
## Your choices and retention
Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress through Settings or remove the app and its data. Resetting progress removes local game records, coins and gift history. Device backups are managed through your operating system. No remote gameplay account exists to delete.
## Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children through gameplay. If personal information was included in a support message and you would like it removed, contact the support address.
## Security
The game uses the device’s app storage protections. No method of electronic storage is completely secure. Keep your device and operating system updated and protect access to your device.
## Policy changes
This policy may be updated if the game’s information practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in the game or its release information when appropriate.
