You can scan the QR code on the left from your device camera to open the app. Alternatively, search for "HEMKUNT" in Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the Hemkunt app.
The Registration app (web or mobile) will require you to authenticate using your existing Google or Apple LOGIN ID. If you do not have either then please create one with either Google or Apple. As noted, you only need 1 account to register all your family members. Make sure to save the Google or Apple login you used to submit the form. You’ll need it to view or edit your registration later. If you log in with a different account, your info won’t show up. Just log out and sign back in with the original account.
Please note: Submit ONE form for all the family members (you will have an opportunity to list all those that are attending). Please DO NOT register an attendee more than once since it will delay your registration during your check-in process upon your visit.
To add family members in the app, tap the "ADD" button. Start by adding yourself, then add others in your family. Be sure to fill out all required information to avoid delays during check-in.Please note: We will use the app to make real-time announcements during the event. If you’d like the family members (registered under your ID) to receive these notifications as well, please share the registration with them once it’s created. Instructions for sharing are provided later below.
If you need to edit a registration after submitting, you'll need to delete and re-submit it. You only need to do this for the person whose info needs updating—not everyone.
To delete a submitted form:
Go to the Home screen.
Tap "Add".
Find the person you want to edit.
Tap "Details", then scroll down and tap "Delete".
To re-submit, just follow the same steps as above that describe how to "Add" a registration. This is your opportunity to submit the corrected info.
After you register a member using your login ID, you can share that registration with all family members linked to your ID. There's no need to register them again. Sharing allows them to view event info and receive live notifications on their phones.
To share:
Go to the Home screen.
Tap Add to see family members linked to your ID.
Under each name, tap Share and follow the instructions on the next screen.
Please note: All important notifications including announcements, messages, and polls will be sent to the device(s) where you have signed-in using your LOGIN ID. Therefore, please download the mobile version of the app before the event starts. And then use the same LOGIN ID you used during registration to sign-in into the app (or when your registration was shared with you by your family member who originally registered you).
