Updated detailed agenda has been added to the agenda page. updated 4/19 - using all of Friday and only half of Sat now.

We now have firm information about the meeting room space available In the Cocoa Beach Courtyard Marriott and Hampton Inn, and we have blocked out an agenda.
Please plan to be available to work/participate in the Science Team meeting from 10am on Wed, April 24 until 1pm on Sat April 27th.
The launch has now moved to April 30th, so we don't have a break in the STM to accommodate that.

Guests will check in at the NASA Guest Center, located at the Courtyard by Marriott, 3435 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, Florida 32931.

3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. OCO-3 Guest Briefing in Galaxy Ballroom
Tuesday April 30, 2019 (L-0 Day)
2:30 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. Guest Center Open - Jupiter Meeting Room
2:30 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. Bus Boarding at Courtyard by Marriott and departure for viewing site
3:00 a.m. - 3:30 a.m. Buses arrive at the viewing site
4:22 a.m. Launch viewing
Hotel blocks were released and have sold out. Unfortunately we can not help secure housing.

As for naming the file, please help me here and use the conventions described below.
Filename for plenary talk example: Wed_PM_Crisp.ppt or Tues_AM_Eldering.pdf
If you have more than one, add A/B/C - Tues_AM_Eldering_A.pdf and Tues_AM_Eldering_B.pdf
